At Cloud Hub, our team shares our vision of a world where no child or young person is left behind, and works to make it a reality through our mission of eradicating chronic disengagement.
We know the UK education sector is delivering fantastic outcomes, but too many young people are slipping through the cracks.
Cloud Hub helps schools and Local Authorities support those learners who are at-risk or have already become chronically disengaged, to help them rediscover a life worth living.
We base each intervention around the learner’s academic and therapeutic needs focusing on their aspirations.
This helps raise confidence, and increase the likelihood of a successful transition to a permanent setting.
The AP Lead is Kirsty Woolridge. Kirsty is currently completing her 'National Professional Qualification for Headship' (NPQH).
She is also a qualified SENCO, having completed the 'National Award for SEN Coordination' (NASENCO) .
In addition, Kirsty is a qualified teacher with QTLS status, and has led and taught in various SEN schools with children and young people.
We are fortunate to have a very dedicated and motivated team of teaching and support staff. Our staff are professional, innovative and committed to the personal and academic development of all learners.
Cloud Hub is based at Cheddleton Community Centre.
It is a very secure and safe environment (if we stay on site)...with lots of outside space and local community links to visit.
